Service and quality are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for a relationship-led, data-savvy commercial professional to help us grow.
What will I be doing?
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Owners, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service and performance management. Use the business tools available – including Salesforce – to provide proactive support
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow and develop the Portfolio both through organic growth and new Partnerships
- Onboarding of New Owners: Support the wider commercial team with the accurate and timely onboarding of new Parks
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and enhance Owner satisfaction.
- Performance Management: You will play a crucial role in driving the performance of Owner’s properties within the Portfolio. This will include data analysis and presentation as well as using your experience to implement actions and strategies to drive performance
- Problem Resolution: You will be a good problem solver and will be skilled at time management and prioritisation of tasks

Ideally, we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Direct experience of the UK Lodge Parks market would be highly desirable
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills
- The ability to work well under pressure with strong time-management skills
- A data whizz! The analysis and presentation of trading data will be a key driver of performance
