Experience working within a busy finance or accounts environment
Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS and lease accounting
Experience preparing or supporting monthly management accounts
Confident working with balance sheets, reconciliations and journals
Ideally qualified (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent), although this isn’t essential
Experience gained across both practice and industry would be beneficial
Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems (Access is a bonus)
A proactive, analytical approach with strong attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, business-partnering mindset
Working with us
You’ll be based in our Bideford office, working on a hybrid basis with around two days per week in the office. We offer flexibility in how hours are worked, including the option to work across four days.
You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative finance team, where you’ll have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise while contributing to meaningful, business-critical work.
