Location: Rock, Cornwall
Salary: £24,570 per year, pro rata
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, Thursday to Saturday, 9.00am to 5.00pm
Contract: 6 month fixed term contract

We are looking for a Property Management Administrator who has great attention to detail, enjoys working at pace and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You will support the team behind the scenes and help make sure our properties are guest ready at all times.
The role
As a Property Management Administrator, you will support day-to-day operations, keep our systems up to date, help coordinate changeovers and make sure the team has everything they need. The work is varied, practical and perfect for someone who likes to stay busy and organised.
What you will be doing
• Managing property changeover case loads and keeping track of key tasks
• Producing reports for Property Managers from our booking system
• Updating and maintaining property information and sharing changes with the team
• Recording tasks and updates in our Property Management software
• Preparing quotes and invoices for work carried out by our Property Maintenance Technician
• Keeping property materials updated, including information folders, user manuals and notices
• Organising compliance checks such as PAT testing, fire risk assessments and boiler certificates
• Preparing contracts with suppliers and owners and ensuring documents stay up to date
• Helping compile property inventories and supporting spring cleans and linen audits
• Assisting with new property setups including keys, key safes, compliance checks and linen orders
• Ordering and distributing cleaning and maintenance supplies
• Managing lost property processes and working with Accounts on associated charges
• Booking suppliers such as carpet cleaners and locksmiths
• Supporting weekly house invoice checks
• Acting as the central coordination point for the Property Management team
What we are looking for
• Previous administration experience
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• A friendly, professional manner with confidence on the phone
• Good written and verbal communication
• Great attention to detail
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Ability to build rapport with owners, suppliers and guests
• Calm under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
• Knowledge of the local area is helpful but not essential
• Experience in hospitality is desirable
• Confident using Excel, Word and Outlook
• A full clean driving licence is required
