Employment Type: Full time, fixed contract
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, 9am - 6pm, Monday to Sunday according to the published rota.
Location: 20 Dial Place, Warkworth, NE65 0XQ
What will I be doing?
Our Reservations Consultants are the face of Coquet Cottages, delivering first class service to our guests, housekeepers and owners. The Reservations Team are the front line for all communication the comes into the business, and often form the first impression of our brand. As well as delivering first class service, our Reservations Consultants can provide a concierge service to guests, ensuring they deliver the best service to make their holidays perfect. In a nutshell, you'll be:
- Promptly process booking enquiries and reservations received by telephone & email via booking, banking and email systems
- Handle enquiries and requests from property owners
- Co-ordinate with other staff members to ensure all tasks are completed promptly and a consistently high service is provided
- Ensure customer and client records are accurately completed and maintained with high attention to detail
- Carry out daily administration tasks to ensure efficient record-keeping
- Prompt, efficient, and professional complaint handling

Ideally, we’re looking for:
- Impeccable communication and organisational skills
- Friendly, confident and well-presented
- Professional written language and friendly, approachable telephone manner
- Extremely well organised with high attention to detail
- Confident at building relationships with housekeepers, owners and tradespeople
- Highly competent in the use of PC systems
- Effective team player whilst also able to work efficiently independently to tight deadlines
- A car is beneficial as travel to holiday cottages across the breadth of Northumberland will be necessary (mileage expenses covered)
