Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 9am-5.30pm (37.5 hours)

Location: Remote but need to be within an hours drive from Worcester to cover travel around Shropshire and Heart of England.  

What will I be doing?  

As our New Business Manager, you will help us grow our property portfolio in the area around Shropshire and the Heart of England. Our outstanding offering means you won’t need to rely on a hard sales approach; your local knowledge, and ability to network and build relationships, plus your authentic personality and tenacity, will be everything you need to be successful in the position.

Ideally, we’re looking for?

• Outstanding communication and influencing skills
• Someone results-driven and motivated who is focused on achieving and exceeding targets
• The ability to work well under pressure, with strong time-management skills
• A good problem solver with the ability to understand and interpret data to accurately develop revenue projections and pricing strategies
• The ability to network, build and establish relationships ultimately leading to the generation of new leads
