Customer Service Advisor (Full Time & Part Time)

Do you have a passion for travel and want to help our customers plan their perfect holiday? If so, then keep reading!
As one of our customer service advisors, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone and an expert in responding to emails.
Using your excellent listening and communication skills, you will help customers with their holiday queries and support them throughout their trip, whether that's by helping them find their next adventure, resolving issues with their booking, or just offering advice.
Available Shift Patterns
We have a variety of shift patterns available which allow you the flexibility of enjoying your time outside of work, whilst still providing the support the team needs!
Pattern 1: Full Time, Flexi Shifts
(37.5 hours per week. 5 days per week)
Hours range from 8am – 10pm Monday – Sunday, rota provided 1 month in advance
Pattern 2: Part Time, Evening and Weekends
(20 hours across 5 days per week. Covering evenings & weekends. 5 week rota provided a month in advance)
Example rotation:
Week 1: Tuesday – Friday, 17:15 – 21:15; Sunday, 10:00 – 14:00
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday & Friday, 17:15 – 21:15; Saturday & Sunday, 16:00 – 20:00
Week 3: Monday – Thursday, 17:15 – 21:15; Saturday, 09:00 – 13:00
Week 4: Monday – Friday, 17:15 – 21:15
Week 5: Monday – Friday, 17:15 – 21:15
Pattern 3: Part Time, Morning and Weekends
(16.5 hours across 3 days per week. Covering mornings and weekends. Rolling 4 week rotation)
Week 1: Monday - Wednesday 9am - 3pm.
Week 2: Friday 9am - 3pm Saturday 9am - 3pm, Sunday 10am - 4pm.
Week 3: Monday - Wednesday 9am - 3pm.
Week 4: Friday 9am - 3pm Saturday 2pm - 8pm, Sunday 2pm - 8pm.
