Senior Administrator
Full time: Five days a week Monday – Saturday 09.00-17.30
Location: Bideford
What will I be doing?
As a Senior Administrator, you'll work closely with our New Business Managers, and team of administrators to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new properties joining Travel Chapter. You'll be at the forefront of enhancing the quality of our portfolio and streamlining onboarding procedures.
You will:
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all targets and team objectives are met and exceeded.
- Assist the New Business Support Manager in training the team to ensure the highest standards are delivered and maintained.
- Initiate and develop effective partnerships across Travel Chapter teams, fostering a collaborative working relationship between New Business Managers and Regional Heads of Sales.
- Assist the New Business Support Manager in key projects aimed at enhancing portfolio quality and improving booking processes.
- Liaise with new owners and New Business Managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process, checking all property information to guarantee accurate website listings.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and work closely with the New Business Support Manager to implement changes.
You’ll have:
- The ability to work both independently and within a team, consistently delivering excellent quality and service.
- Experience in multitasking with meticulous attention to detail, excellent organisation, and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- The ability to create, develop, and enhance strong working relationships to achieve department and company targets.
- The ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment, think proactively and creatively, and manage multiple ongoing tasks.
- Excellent administration and customer service skills with great attention to detail.
- The ability to self-motivate and inspire the team during busy times.
