Customer Service Advisor - Part Time

Do you have a passion for travel and want to help our customers plan their perfect holiday? If so then keep reading!
As one of our customer service advisors, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, and the Wiz-kid responding to emails. Using your excellent listening and communication skills, you will help customers with their holiday queries and support them throughout their trip; whether that's by helping them find their next adventure, resolving issues with their booking, or just offering advice.

Week 1
Monday 12:45 - 21:15, Tuesday 09:00 - 17:30, Thursday 09:00 - 17:30, Friday 10:00 - 18:30.
Week 2
Wednesday 12:45 - 21:15, Thursday 12:45 - 21:15, Saturday 11:30 - 20:00, Sunday 11:30 - 20:00.
Week 3
Monday 10:00 - 18:30, Tuesday 09:00 - 17:30, Friday 12:45 - 21:15, Saturday 09:00 - 17:30.
Week 4
Tuesday 12:45 - 21:15, Wednesday 09:00 - 17:30, Thursday 09:00 - 17:30, Friday 09:00 - 17:30
