Customer Service Advisor (Mornings & Weekends)

(Part time) 16.5 hours per week, 3 days per week, between Monday to Sunday
Week 1: Monday - Wednesday 9am - 3pm.
Week 2: Monday 9am - 3pm Saturday 9am - 3pm, Sunday 10am - 4pm.
Week 3: Monday - Wednesday 9am - 3pm.
Week 4: Monday 9am - 3pm Saturday 2pm - 8pm, Sunday 2pm - 8pm.

Office based in our swanky office in the historic port town of Bideford
What will I be doing?
You’ll be joining our fast paced, multi-site, customer-facing company who strive to maintain high standards for our customers. In this role you will support customers through their booking journey with us.
During the day you could be doing anything from:
- Delivering a fantastic customer experience in line with our principles.
- Assisting customers in making bookings or answering questions about their upcoming breaks.
- Negotiating with customers and owners on the price of holidays when required.
- Guiding customers on their upcoming holidays with queries they may have about their accommodation or the location they’re visiting.
- Providing support for customers whilst they are on holiday and possibly in need of assistance.
- Investigating and solving customer issues in a responsive, sensitive, calm and professional manner using a range of communication channels including phone, email, live chat, social media.
- Raise potential product or service improvements that you identify
- Keep records of conversations in our database.

- Previous experience in a customer service role
