Changeover Coordinator - Friday & Saturday

Hours of Work: Part Time – 15 hours per week, Friday & Saturday
Location: Hawes, Yorkshire
Please be aware that you will need to hold a full driving licence and be comfortable traveling regularly to perform your duties – It’s not required you own a vehicle as you will have access to our company car and van.
What will I be doing?
As our new Holi day Letting Coordinator you’ll be taking on an exciting, hands on role within the holiday letting industry. You’ll possess great attention to detail and excellent time keeping to ensure the changeover of our properties is completed on time, and our guests have the best possible experience with us from the moment they step through the door.
During the day you could be involved in:
- Sorting, and packing linen to provide to our housekeepers and cleaners
- Putting together welcome packs, and essential property items ready for guest arrivals
- Heading out of the unit to perform property checks to ensure properties are cleaned to required standards
- Proactively looking for cosmetic or maintenance issues within our properties and working with our operatives to get them resolved

Ideally, we’re looking for
- A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Experience of following processes and procedures, and motivated to improve upon these
- A resilient and optimistic personality, capable of facing challenges and achieving a positive outcome
- Experience of working effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Previous hands-on experience within the hospitality, facilities, or cleaning industry
- Someone looking for weekend work – but flexible to consider extra days during busy peak periods
