In a nutshell as our Business Development Manager, you will attract some of the swankiest and most sort after holiday lets in the South Devon and bring them onto the Travel Chapter portfolio.

What you'll be doing

• Developing relationships with local businesses that will result in referrals and support organic growth
• Ensuring each new property is presented in the best possible light, including descriptions, photography, and accurate pricing
• Delivering a continuous pipeline of suitable properties through researching, networking, cross-selling, and attending exhibitions and events
• Collaborating with our wider teams to ensure our owners experience a smooth onboarding process

You’ll Have

• Outstanding communication and influencing skills
• Results-driven mindset that loves the challenge of achieving and exceeding targets
• The ability to work well under pressure, with strong time-management skills
• enjoys time out on the road meeting with owners and exploring the beautiful places we live and work.
• Good problem solving abilities and the knowhow to understand and interpret data to accurately develop revenue projections and pricing strategies
• A good geographical knowledge of the South Devon as you will be required to travel around the area on a regular basis. 

Due to the nature of the role, it is essential you have a full driving licence.
